Refund policy

All Zaveral Racing Equipment is made in the USA, and guaranteed to the original purchaser for one year against defects in parts or workmanship. However, we are aware that, you "the purchaser" may want to return an item for some reason or another. All returns must be accompanied with sales receipt. "The purchaser" will be responsible for all shipping costs except where outlined below.

Returns Under Warranty

In the case of defective merchandise. All returns must be accompanied with sales receipt. "The purchaser" will be responsible for shipping cost one way only. We pay return shipping.

Returns for Modifications

In the event, "the purchaser" wishes to have modifications made to a ski pole or paddle, (ie; "trade in" for longer or shorter) "the purchaser" will be responsible for shipping costs both ways. Depending on modifications, there may be additional charges, which will fully be communicated to you beforehand.

Factory Seconds

All sales of Factory Seconds are final. Blemishes and defects do exist and are being fully communicated to you before purchase.
